Epistemic key used in this file:

  • verbatim — Jake's (or the page's) exact words, transcript punctuation preserved. [__] is the caption system's bleep.
  • jake, paraphrased / source, paraphrased — his idea, my compression.
  • my adaptation — my extrapolation to Pakistan / Sam's numbers. Not his. Argue with these freely.
  • tension — where his own sources contradict each other, or where a claim could not be verified. Flagged, not resolved.

0. The answers Sam asked for, in one screen

  1. What is he teaching? A five-pillar operating system for "agency owners, coaches, consultants, online experts and SaaS owners" to go from $0 → $10K → $100K → $1M/month: (1) Purple Ocean Offer™ (his trademarked offer-positioning method), (2) Overnight Authority (trust-asset farming), (3) Triple Threat Prospecting (Outbound² + the "$25M Call Funnel" + the "Echo Chamber OS" retargeting), (4) Prescription Selling (doctor-style diagnostic sales calls with a visual "sales page"), (5) Auto Ops OS (automated sign-up → onboarding → Monday/Freshdesk client management). Every video, every page, every podcast funnels into that stack.
  2. How can I learn more? Cheapest: the $17/month Skool community (4.2K–4.7K members, 67 courses / 1,537 modules per ReviewMember) — he says the classroom contains the whole system. Free: he uploaded the full $25K-inner-circle Offer Code × Purple Ocean masterclass to YouTube (wqMjYW-sdBQ) and the $25 Million Blueprint (Full Course) (-nX5f5lsA8c) — both are transcribed in Sam's library and reproduced in this dossier. Book: The Offer Code (Amazon B0DQB7J2QH, Dec 2024). He publicly names his own mentors: Ross Christofolli (proprietary-tech positioning), Ravi Abuvala (systems), Jeremy Haynes (ads/buckets/pixel conditioning), Cole Gordon (sales), Tai Lopez / Mike Barron (whose $25K academy hosted him).
  3. What are the digital products? A ladder: $17/mo Skool "Pro" (Digital Architect core programs + GHL account + B2B lead vault) → $47/mo "Unlimited" (all programs + "The Vault" swipe files + private app + "A.I. Coach Jake"; $29 upgrade) → one-time $97 / $197 OTOs + $27 bump on the VSL lane → Launch (10-week, $997)Ascension (3-month coaching)1:1 "Scaling Partnership" / Digital Architects (stated "starts at $4.97 a month" in one video — almost certainly $497/mo mis-captioned; page stacks $8,997 + $497 + $30,997 + $5,997 "value") → Herro 100™ Inner Circle (beta)C-Board Partner Program (coming) → JV partnership (he takes equity in your agency). Plus the book, the Purple Ocean Offers™ $17 standalone, and "DFY services / agents" he is building.
  4. What goes "above and beyond $1M/month"? Nothing in the coaching business does — he is transparent that Setterlun University did $128K in April 2026 ($92K of it low-ticket MRR) and his coaching "produces the least". The $1M/month figure is the peak of his 2019–2023 real-estate/insurance lead-gen agency portfolio (8 reps × 12 fulfilment staff, 8–12 client sign-ups per day, horizontally cloned into 7 niches + a GHL SaaS). The "$25M" is cumulative lifetime revenue across ~8 businesses over ~5 years. The "$1 Million Per Month Online Business That Runs Without You" headline on the ad page is the promise, not the current coaching P&L.
  5. What AI does he use A→Z? GoHighLevel is the spine (CRM, AI voice/SMS agents, snapshots, funnels, calendars, "Ask AI", AI Studio) — given free to every $17 member. Around it: Synthflow + Vapi (voice), ManyChat (IG DM), Phantom Buster + Make (IG/X DM automation), LinkedCamp (LinkedIn Sales Navigator automation with ChatGPT rewrite + personalised image), Lemlist/Instantly (email), Apollo/Clay (enrichment), Kixie (dialer), Lovable + Gamma (AI-generated sales pages and decks), Manus + "Utari" (content scripting, client comms), Claude Code (his own portal, vibe-coded), ChatGPT custom GPTs (Purple Ocean Offer agent, "Digital Architect™ Knowledgebase", onboarding GPTs), "AI Coach Jake", an AI "CEO brain" reporting agent, an AI sales manager SaaS, Fathom-style call-transcript grading, Monday/Notion/ClickUp/Freshdesk/JotForm/Zapier for ops, Canva for every ad, Fiverr for automated press. Full map in §7.

The reverse-engineering verdict (mine): the machine is not the coaching. It is paid-ads-funded low-ticket MRR that liquidates ad spend at 0.5–0.9 ROAS, sustained by a content engine where every YouTube video ends in the same $17 CTA, and monetised on the back by a 3–4% ascension into $997–$5K coaching plus JV equity. The visible "AI" is mostly GHL automation dressed in proprietary names. What is genuinely hard to copy is (a) ten years of trust assets, (b) his willingness to redline ad spend at break-even for MRR, and (c) the discipline of one productised offer per niche. All three are copyable in principle; none is copyable in a month.

1.2 [TENSION] — the numbers move from video to video

This matters for reverse-engineering, because the drift itself is a technique (he teaches "the crazier the claims the better the results" — §5.9).

[JAKE, PARAPHRASED — his own explanation of the sequence] The 2019 Stripe chart he shows in every deck is flat for "the first 3 years", then vertical; he attributes the inflection entirely to the Purple Ocean Offer. He also says "we crashed" — "million dollar months literally scaled and crashed down to $ to $40,000 a month… because we had an outsourced fulfillment team" — and "there was about a year where we were negative every single month… the market changed and people stopped buying what we were offering."

verbatim "We've gotten sued. We've gotten threatened with class action lawsuits. We've lost hundreds of thousands of dollars every single month. I've personally had to put $100,000 back into the business just to make it float. And when you're doing that five, six, seven, eight months in a row, your head's going to start [__] spinning." — The 5 Books That Changed My Life
verbatim "we've gotten sued by Nazis for literally sending out text messages to wrong numbers we had an in office team of over 20 individuals in the Dominican Republic opened that up hired a manager without ever visiting the Dominican Republic" — The "Hidden" Highest Income Business Of 2025

my adaptation The "sued for text messages to wrong numbers" line is almost certainly a TCPA (US telemarketing law) suit — which is the predictable cost of the SMS-blast machinery he teaches. Anyone rebuilding this outside the US (Pakistan, UK, EU) has different — in the EU/UK, stricter — consent rules. Not his problem; it is yours.

2. The business portfolio as it stands (2025–2026)

2.1 What he sold, what he kept

verbatim "Back in September, we sold um altogether, I believe it was six different agencies that were combined uh under one entity. And then I actually had clients from our previous agencies. Uh we sold that back in September. And since then, I have only had two different entities, which I'll get into. Um so, Sutherland, that is our info coaching SaaS uh product. And then we have our agency uh that I haven't really been focusing on. It's kind of been uh the ability to test offers on it." — Building to a Million Monthly Ep. 1 (recorded ~July 2026, describing April numbers; "September" = Sept 2025)

So the "8 agencies" on every bio are past tense — six were bundled and sold in September 2025. The Apple Podcasts episode "Sell When You're Winning: Why You Should Reject the 'Exit Later' Myth" (30 Apr 2025, with Jacob Koenig of Woodbridge Group — an M&A advisory) is the public trace of that exit process. Buyer, price and multiple are not disclosed anywhere I could reach. [TENSION: none of the press releases mention the sale; jakesetterlun.com still says "founder of LinkedAds" in present tense.]

2.2 Entity 1 — Setterlun University (info + coaching + SaaS)

April 2026, his "1-year anniversary" month — the only full P&L he has ever shown:

LineAmountNote
Low-ticket MRR, Stripe (VSL lane)$56,000"you can see we refund a lot of people… 4,000 refunded… a lot of fees"
Skool payouts (direct-to-Skool lane)$35,000–36,000
= Low-ticket subtotal~$92,000 MRR"4,400 paying members"
Coaching processed in Whop$5,400
Coaching processed in Fanbasis$30,000
Total$128,000"knock on wood… pretty consistent profit-wise not there profit margin. We have a lot of overhead"
verbatim "from the coaching side, which is actually it's our most expensive side from staffing and everything, but it actually produces the least amount" — Building to a Million Monthly Ep. 1

The July 2025 snapshot, 90 days after launch ($70K in 30 Days): Stripe #1 $43K + Stripe #2 ~$6K + Skool ~$20K + affiliate = $70K/4 weeks; ad spend ~$40K/month at "at least a .8 ROAS"; five full-time staff + an external media-buying agency ("$70,000 does not warrant five employees"); a full-time coach, a full-time salesperson, two back-end, a community manager, white-label GHL support.

2.3 Entity 2 — "Inbound Calls" (the test-bed agency)

Pay-per-lead for insurance agents. Two SKUs (Pay Per Lead Agency to $500K):

  • Individuals — $2,497: GHL + build, marketing build, pay-per-lead at $45/lead, 20 leads included ("we're not actually always signing people up for that amount" — Stripe shows $1,700–$2,000 sign-ups).
  • Teams — $997: no GHL build, marketing build, recruiting system + ads, pay-per-lead, no leads included, round-robin routing. "we're going to make most of our money on this individual from them actually buying and sticking with the leads… 80–90%."
  • Guarantee: lead replacement only. Highest month $40K; "25–30K right now"; July 2026 expected record. "one sales person". Target: $500K/mo. Being rebuilt into "a $2,000 setup"; a vibe-coded custom platform is being built for it.

2.4 Entity 3 — the JV partnership agency he doesn't control

verbatim "the agency does anywhere from $40 to $50,000 a month. And and for us and my expectations, like it should absolutely be doing about $100 to $200,000 a month… this was one of the first JV partnerships that I specifically made. It's something that I don't have my team on. it's me and this other individual… I don't have that authority… I'm not really a coach. I'm an equal." — Why I Paid $10K for Coaching

He paid $10,000 for an outside mentorship "meant for people that are absolutely brand new", got humbled by their Notion-based client-portal ops, and turned that into a video. [MY ADAPTATION — read it as a technique]: he monetises even his own purchases as content; every episode of vulnerability ends in the $17 CTA.

2.5 LinkedAds (the Inc 5000 vehicle)

[SOURCE, PARAPHRASED — Yahoo/AccessNewswire, 2024] LinkedAds is "a direct LinkedIn advertising partner… known for delivering rapid results, month-to-month flexibility, and a two-week performance guarantee", serving "marketing agencies, coaches, and consultants". This is the company the Inc 5000 award attaches to. It is not mentioned in any 2026 video; likely part of the September 2025 bundle sale. [TENSION unresolved.]

2.6 The GHL SaaS legs

verbatim "we also have our SAS revenue as well. You can see this one, our GHL at 2100 customers. this one at 9300 customers and very very healthy MR in both of those." — $25 Million Blueprint
verbatim "we added in a SaaS product. So, we were already giving people this system right here, which was Go HighLevel, but we ended up making it separate and making it its own SaaS product that created recurring revenue for us. That added about anywhere from 50 to 100k a month just on top" — The Blueprint to Scale to $25 Million

my adaptation "#1 GHL Agency Owner" is a GoHighLevel affiliate/SaaS-mode leaderboard title. Two white-labelled GHL sub-account bases of 2,100 and 9,300 customers at even $97–$297/month is plausibly $200K–$1M+/month of gross SaaS billings across the portfolio at its peak — which is where a chunk of the "$25M" probably lives. This is the least-discussed and possibly most important revenue line.

3. THE FUNNEL, A→Z — the money map

This is the section Sam asked for: "from the moment he attracts somebody… to the moment he makes his final sale."

3.0 Layer 0 — Trust-asset farm ("Overnight Authority")

Before any traffic runs, the search results are seeded. He describes exactly how:

verbatim "We need our trust assets and these are going to be evergreen trust assets. Things like getting on industry podcast, publishing a book, client screenshots, client videos, client results, and being on news articles are the things that you're going to need to have in order to build trust inside of your industry. And what's super nice about these things, again, you can farm these things and you can get these things with less than one hour a week. Spend 30 minutes getting on a podcast every single week. Again, publishing your book is a one-time thing. Take the other 30 minutes to get client screenshots, videos, interviews, whatever it might be. And then you automate your news articles going out with Fiverr, and you literally have these trust assets being refreshed every single week." — $25 Million Blueprint
verbatim "If I go on here and I look up Jake Setterlind, you can see this is professional-level branding where I have a website, I have different social medias that are listed, Google's picking it up, I've been on podcasts. Again, we show and we teach exactly how to do that for $17 a month" — 6 AI Systems
verbatim "there's places like it's called Pod Match. Um there's another one called Matchmaker.fm. These are these are places that anybody can go out there and get on podcast… if I join my local commerce, chamber of commerce, I'm going to put that logo on my website… if I use go high level, I could put the little powered by go high level at the bottom of my website. Again, trust asset. I'm associating myself with a bigger brand. Uh, if I donate to different charities, I'm going to showcase that. again, you know, not not being a scumbag" — Masterclass Q&A

What the farm produced (observable today): Yahoo Finance + AccessNewswire + Hudson Weekly + Inscriber Mag + Ritz Herald articles (all press-release syndication = "automate your news articles going out with Fiverr"); Medium, Hashnode, Blogspot, about.me profiles (SEO satellites); a Google knowledge panel; a book with an ISBN; ClickFunnels plaques physically in every video frame; purple lights as a visual brand; proof.setterlun.com (a dedicated testimonial domain); EmbedSocial review widgets (47 reviews, all 5★); the "Awards Program" inside the community (members get plaques → more UGC).

3.1 Layer 1 — Traffic

Lane A — Meta ads, two parallel campaigns (~$40K/month combined):

verbatim "We have direct to school… it goes to the school landing page… we are spending… about 20k a month on school. We're spending about 20k a month on the VSL… We on average keep a people for $17. Uh anywhere from about uh 3 to 4 months… our AOV estimated AOV uh that we are going off of is about $65… our ROAS um we on average will uh be running anywhere from like a 0.5 to a 0.7 ROAS… on average costs us about anywhere from 30 all the way up to $50 to get somebody to sign up." — $92K/Month Low Ticket MRR Blueprint
verbatim "We have our $17 product I'm going to call this main MRR going into a 97 low ticket or one-time offer… And then we have a 197 one-time offer after that. We do have some down-sells etc. We also have a $27 bump on this… our ROAS here uh really does uh differ a little bit, but anywhere from a 0.6 uh to I would say like a 0.9… we're paying about $80 uh up to $90 to get somebody to buy" — same

Geography: direct-to-Skool is worldwide; the VSL lane is "tier one… US, UK, EU-ish… AU, Canada… Dubai". Retention 83–87% ("a lot of this actually comes down to failed payments… we have a lot of resigns"). Volume: 400–600 new members/month, ~100/week.

my adaptation At $40K/month spend and ~500 sign-ups, blended CAC ≈ $80. At $17 × 3.5 months ≈ $60 + OTO uplift on the VSL lane, he is roughly break-even on the front end before the $92K of MRR compounds. In PKR terms: he is buying subscribers at ~PKR 22,000 each to earn ~PKR 4,760/month from them. This only works because 4,400 stacked members × $17 = $75K/month of recurring cash that pays five salaries. A copy of this in Pakistan must price in PKR against a PKR CAC — a $17 point does not exist for a PK audience; the equivalent is PKR 1,500–2,500/month, and Meta CPMs into PK are ~10× cheaper, so the arithmetic can hold if the audience is domestic. That is a hypothesis, not his data.

Lane B — YouTube long-form as the organic front-end. All 43 videos end in the same two CTAs: "join Setterlun University, it's only $17 a month" and "apply for one-on-one below". The 1:1 coaching calls themselves are recorded and released as videos (7 Deals in a Week, $100 in Ad Spend, She Asked for Equity, How He Sold His Business, Build a Business That Does Not Need More of You, How I'd Build an Agency in 2026, High-Margin Consulting, Fulfill Without Doing Everything, Validate Your Agency Offer, Scaling from $0 to $10k/m) — all open with the identical intro:

verbatim "In this video today, we're going to be pulling back the curtain and I'm going to be showing you a raw one-to-one conversation that I had with one of our members inside of our community of over 4,000 agency owners, online experts, coaches, consultants, SaaS owners that are currently scaling their businesses and their offers to 100k months. This is a one-to-one conversation. I have these every single week with members inside of the community and I want to show you a little snippet of what these look like. Enjoy."

my adaptation This is the highest-leverage content technique in the whole corpus: the fulfilment IS the content. One weekly Zoom → 8–10 YouTube videos → each is social proof + a demonstration of the coaching + a $17 CTA. Zero scripting cost. He also runs a weekly "Member Spotlight" (Emilio episode) and floated a "Kill Tony"-style offer-roast format. Sam already has the raw material for this in Bella's training sessions and the Burraq seminar recordings.

Lane C — Instagram (27.9K followers, verified), Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok — bio link setterlununiversity.com/join; highlights "Scaled Biz / Setterlun U / Results / Students".

Lane D — Guest masterclasses in other people's paid programs. The 5-July-2025 Zoom for Mike Barron / Logan Perry's academy ("people in this inner circle are paying $25,000") — he delivers the full Purple Ocean training, drops the ChatGPT agent, then: "Logan, is it okay if I plug?… We got 2,300 members in there. It's $17 a month." Then he re-uploads the recording to his own channel. Free traffic from a warm $25K audience.

3.2 Layer 2 — The $17 front door (what's actually inside)

The ad landing page Sam pasted (/digital-architect-2b-516584-658841, fbc_id/h_ad_id = Meta ad-tracking parameters) — [SOURCE, PARAPHRASED, headline verbatim]:

  • Headline: "Learn How To Build An Automated, $1 Million Per Month Online Business That Runs Without You"
  • Sub: "I've Personally Built 9 Different Online Businesses to 7-8 Figures and Generated Over $25 Million Using This Exact Framework"
  • Price: $17/month "limited-time discount from $47/month"; "Total Claimed Value: $18,500+"
  • Stack: (1) Digital Architect System Trainings (2) LIVE sessions with Jake (3) GoHighLevel CRM account with DFY AI agents pre-installed (4) "Unlimited Qualified B2B Leads delivered monthly" (5) monthly updates (6) Purple Ocean Offers Masterclass "($2,000 value)" (7) $10M Turnkey Agency System "($3,000 value)" (8) Voice & SMS A.I. Agents DFY "($1,500 value)" (9) VIP Onboarding Call with advisor
  • Guarantee: 30-day money-back, "simply email… No questions asked"
  • Testimonials: Victor "doubled my revenue to $50K MRR just 2 weeks after joining", Amina "grew revenue by 35% in just 3 months", Julian
  • Named frameworks: "Digital Architect System", "The Mirror Method", "ZenithMind Blueprint", "Purple Ocean Offers"
  • Audience: Coaches & Consultants · Course Creators · Service Providers · Digital Agencies · Online Experts · E-commerce Owners
  • Footer: "This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Meta, or Amazon. © 2026 Digital Architect System."

[TENSION] "The Mirror Method" and "ZenithMind Blueprint" appear nowhere in 171,000 words of his own speech — they read like copywriter filler on a template page. The e-commerce audience line contradicts his own "stay away from e-commerce" (§5.7).

[TENSION] Skoolmakers cached an earlier "$47 on August 10th" deadline → the deadline is a rolling scarcity device, not a real date. This is exactly the "FOMO" lever he teaches in §5.3.

The credit system — he says he "built out this whole credit system" (Why I Paid $10K) and "you can use your first credit to unlock the Purple Ocean offer" ($110K in 28 Days, where the price was $47/mo with a free tier). So the price point itself has cycled: free + $47 credits (early 2025) → $17 all-in (mid-2025) → $17 Pro / $47 Unlimited (2026).

3.3 Layer 3 — Ascension

verbatim "from a coaching perspective, we only sign up about, I would say, 10 to 20, uh, per month… we sign up about a 3% conversion rate from the low ticket sign-ups… I still think it's super low… we have had a hard time scaling uh ad spend. We've tried and it has not worked." — $92K MRR Blueprint
verbatim "this goes to a scaling road map session, audit, whatever the [__] you want to call it… This is with a setter. This is with a closer. And then all the setter is doing and we have two different paths, I guess, road maps that we run people through. We have a 10K and we have a 100K a month one." — same

Payment rails for coaching: Whop and Fanbasis (both split-pay / financing platforms — i.e. he is selling $3K–$10K coaching on instalments).

3.4 Layer 4 — The "ASU World Portal" (owning the platform)

verbatim "when you have a lot of money coming in from your low ticket, it makes more sense for us to build out a sick ass [__] portal like I'm showing you right now, where we own it. We can do upsells in here. We can have different tiers. You can see I can have a little guy that I walk around and you can see I have my video that I can go in. I can talk to people. It's got voice chat. So, building out our own platform, giving people AI tools. We have an AI sales manager in here that we're launching… We want to get to a quarter mill a month. And obviously working that back, if we do a quarter mill divided by I would on average like to have people at 47, need 5,000 people at that." — $92K MRR Blueprint

my adaptation The endgame is to leave Skool (which takes its cut and owns the member data and blocks upsell tracking — "we can't track that in school") for a self-owned, vibe-coded portal with tiers, an avatar world, voice chat, AI tools and an AI sales manager. The target is 5,000 × $47 = $235K MRR. This is exactly what Sam's Diana OS / chatter-book / Jenny stack already is architecturally — a self-hosted portal with AI inside.

3.5 The whole map on one line

Fiverr PR + podcasts + book + plaques → (Meta static ads ×2 lanes + YouTube 1:1-call clips + guest masterclasses + IG) → $17 Skool (or $17 VSL → $27 bump → $97 → $197) → GHL account + AI agents + leads (lock-in) → weekly Q&A / 1:1 / Awards / Earners Club (retention 83–87%) → 3% take a "Scaling Roadmap Session" with a setter → closer → Launch $997 / Ascension / 1:1 $497+/mo on Whop-Fanbasis instalments → Herro 100 / C-Board / JV equity → (future) own portal at $47 × 5,000.

4. What he teaches — the frameworks, in full

4.1 The Offer Code (the "basics" — from the masterclass)

The bridge analogy — credited to an unnamed event speaker:

verbatim "you have this bridge… This is where your customer is currently at. That's their current state. And then they have their desired outcome. This is where they want to get to. And in between there's this gap. And your offer is bridging the gap… this customer has a thousand different bridges… my bridge is the most attractive to that customer? And then all you're doing is you're saying, 'Hey, right here they come through and I'm just collecting money before they get to the other side'"

Six steps, with his worked example (marketing agency → insurance agents):

  1. Niche down. "I help everybody do anything" → "marketing agency that helps insurance agents". Pick the niche you (or a partner / "power partner" senior consultant) have experience in — "leverage that person's story."
  2. Productised structure. "You can't have a machine that just does a hundred different things." → Facebook ads setup + GHL lead-nurture automation + CRM access + weekly reports + 1:1 onboarding, $2,000/mo. Build in a quick win.
  3. Transformational. Re-order as step 1→2→3→4 where each step requires the last: targeting → ads → automated qualification → booked into CRM. "You're selling the dream. You're selling the transformation."
  4. Profit margin — 10–15% cost to fulfil at scale. "we have some businesses that do $10 million a year, but the profit margin… 20% profit margin, 30% profit margin because at scale, you have so many expenses." $1,000 setup (costs $500) + $2,000/mo.
  5. Logical value perception. Re-price to match where the work actually is: $4,000 one-time + $100/mo support, sold as "everybody else in your market, they're charging you 2,000, 3,000, $4,000 a month. They're not doing anything month over month. All of the setup is up front… I'm on your side. I want to tell you a secret about the industry." Study how mass markets price (Skool, Hulu, Netflix).
  6. Solve a real, top-of-mind problem + guarantee it in the customer's unit. Guarantee appointments, not dollars: "When an insurance agent thinks, 'Oh, I got somebody on my calendar for the week.' They're going to associate that with money."

4.2 Purple Ocean Offers™ (the "proprietary" layer)

Definition, in his words, repeated in six videos:

verbatim "a red ocean that is a very large market. It's competitive. It's saturated. But these individuals are solution aware… A blue ocean… it's untapped and it's unproven… 'Hey, I help X, Y, and Z scale with Hulu ads.'… But what happens when you mix blue and red? You get a purple ocean… It is a large market. They're ready to buy and you're putting a new spin on a competitive offer."

His stated origin: The 22 Immutable Laws of Marketing ("you can't be too alien") plus Ross Christofolli's "proprietary technology" positioning. He has "trademarked, we've copyrighted" the phrase and complains about "copycats… kind of want to make this so that people going forward know where this came from." [TENSION: purpleoceanoffer.com — "Creator and Origin" — has its four framework steps filled with lorem ipsum as of today; the $17 CTA works, the content doesn't.]

Three keys:

Key 1 — Proprietary secret sauce. The real-estate case:

verbatim "we have our own unique market exclusivity with this homeowner network. We're going to help you tap into that homeowner network, ID your future customers, and then we're going to help you show up everywhere in front of those individuals. Now, secret for you all, this is just Facebook ads. This is Facebook targeting… everybody's fishing in that that lake… Because we have our own data. We have our own homeowner network. We're going to create your own lake for you."

→ "targeting people looking for insurance policies" becomes "in-market prospect latching technology".

Key 2 — Language. (a) Negative language — the pineapple-on-pizza theory: "if I've tried pineapple pizza before, I'm not going to go to another pizza shop and try pineapple pizza… 'Hey, I got a new pizza shop with a tropical pizza.'" Real-estate agents hate "lead" and "Facebook ads" → "buyers and sellers", "in-market demand system". Chiropractors → "new patients". (b) Consumer-centric language — "think about how would my customer explain my offer to another potential customer." Lead qualification → "application verification"; appointment booking → "meeting coordination"; the whole thing → "The Policy Seeker System".

Key 3 — Beat every competitor pound-for-pound. (a) Give away the farm — bonuses that cost nothing (AI recruiting agent, proven recruiting ads, trainings); (b) out-guarantee — competitors guarantee 10 appointments, you guarantee 10 policies in 3 months; (c) FOMO — zip-code exclusivity on the "technology" + "I am talking to Jim. I don't know if you know of him. I think he's from your area. I'm talking to him tomorrow… we got to do a deposit today."

Validation checklist: would a customer choose you 10/10? transformational + FOMO-inducing? exclusive / valuable / urgent? secret sauce competitors lack?

Worked reframes he gives (Purple Ocean Offer video): fitness coach "personal training sessions" → "body transformation blueprint with AI powered progress tracking and personalized metabolic optimization"; e-com consulting → "revenue acceleration system that leverages proprietary data insights and AI-driven customer retention strategies"; agency → "high impact patient acquisition framework for chiropractors that blends behavioral psychology and omni channel marketing." Coaching competitor's 10-week course → same 10 weeks + custom road-planning session + weekly 1:1 + daily check-ins + 24/7 AI-agent support + "founder ascension system" bonus + better guarantee + lower price. SEO competitor → reviews + #1 ranking + podcast bookings + referral network + bonus AI receptionist.

[MY ADAPTATION — what this actually is] It is renaming plus bundling plus artificial scarcity, packaged as a trademark. That is not a criticism of its effectiveness — he attributes the 2019 inflection to it and I believe him — but it is why it is fully copyable. Sam's "Chatter Book", "Diana OS", "Burraq" naming instinct is already this.

4.3 Overnight Authority — see §3.0. The rule: "people buy from peers. I don't want to work with somebody that's had less success than I have."

4.4 Triple Threat Prospecting

(a) Outbound² / Outbound Elite — the 8-spoke flywheel (Outbound Elite, LinkedIn 8000 Appointments):

  1. Foundations: timing / pain / positioning; "rejection reframing… position that no… as data"; daily non-negotiables; "control bias… If you're doing a 100 outreach messages a day and you're making one sale a day, all you need to do is double that."
  2. ICP + buyer psychology: red-hot (solution-aware) / warm (problem-aware) / cold; decision-maker vs initiator; "pain point resonance".
  3. Messaging frameworks: bait-and-switch ("Hey, do you offer decompression plans at your clinic?") vs spear-fishing ("how I help Chiros contact 15 patients every single month"); pattern interrupts, question-first DMs, value-led micro-commitments; the "looting process" (mine replies for the angle that triggered them).
  4. Social prospecting: one lead, every platform — FB friend → DM → if no reply, IG/X like/follow/comment; reciprocity priming; "permission-based… 'Hey, can I DM you?'"; retarget profile visitors.
  5. List prospecting: day-1 intro email → voicemail drop → social DMs → SMS → case-study emails via Lemlist / HighLevel / Instantly; "Zeigarnik effect… unfinished interactions… keep the attention alive."
  6. Booking like a pro: book on their calendar, confirm time zone, endowment effect, loss-aversion reminders at 24h and 1h, never more than 48h from booking to call.
  7. Objections: "I already have somebody" → "Do you know who they're using?"; "too busy" → probe; "how did you find me?" → "Aren't you listed on X?" or "you were actually referred to us by somebody that we talked to last week" ("a little bit more sneaky"). Sales battle-card of key phrases.
  8. Tracking & scaling: daily outreach tracker (Sheets/CRM/Notion), EOD gamified reports, bonuses on wins, weekly response/conversion rates, monthly "can we replace VAs with automation?", explore new channels first.

**The LinkedIn "$7-figure message" (verbatim template, from 8000 Appointments):**

verbatim "Hey, first name. My name's Jake. Had a quick question for you… My team and I work with over 300 chiropractors and med spas nationwide, helping them connect with patients needing chiropractic services… If our team was able to get you 20 to 30 new patients calling your practice every week, would you be interested in working together?… These are individuals that are actually looking for long-term care packages and not curious carries like you get from paid ads… plus, we perform or you don't pay… if you feel like you'd like some more information on working together let me know we can set up a time to chat"

Mechanics: Sales Navigator lead list (chiropractors US = 47,000; "posted on LinkedIn" filter drops it to 805 — don't use it) → save search → paste URL into LinkedCamp → sequence: visit profile → (like/endorse/comment optional) → connection request with no note → wait 4 days (2 for LinkedIn-native B2B) → on accept: the message above → 4 days → ChatGPT-rewritten nudge + personalised image with their first name on a whiteboard ("pattern disruptor") → optional Loom/VSL/booking link → webhook to enrichment → voicemail/SMS/setter call. Withdraw at day 10+4. "shoot your shot… I want a yes or a no." Claimed 50+ appointments/day, 1,000+ / 8,000 appointments from LinkedIn.

(b) The $25M Call Funnel ($25M Call Funnel, ONLY Facebook Ads Strategy, Force Everyone to Buy, $25M Blueprint):

  • Creative = static 1:1 Canva image, "offer on image": target market in bright bold colour ("INSURANCE AGENTS" in green) + the offer as an outcome ("Get 30 policies guaranteed") + a CTA line + emoji headline + risk reversal. "it's the crappy ads, the ones you don't expect to perform, that are the ones that actually perform." Never advertise the mechanism ("Facebook ads and Google ads") — it kills curiosity and gets you lumped in.
  • Targeting: broad / native (job titles, employers), age & gender open, English language filter, Advantage+ placements or manual newsfeed/reels — "let Facebook's AI take over"; never narrow.
  • Conversion mechanism ladder: prove creative with cheapest results first (lead forms + DM ads: 10–20% book, <$10/lead, <$50/booking) → ascend winning creatives into an application lander → scale to LinkedIn/Google/YouTube/TikTok with the proven message.
  • Jeremy Haynes' "buckets": bucket 1 = problem+solution aware → result-direct ads ("close three deals using AI calling or you don't pay"); bucket 2 = problem-aware, only knows the giants → David-vs-Goliath ads ("us versus GHL / HubSpot"). Pixel conditioning: route unqualified answers to a non-tracked page so Meta only optimises on qualified leads.
  • Application (the /Force Everyone build): logo → headline = outcome + unique angle + niche + guarantee + "take our 30-second quiz" → 3–5 one-question-per-screen micro-commitments; revenue question with deliberately high bands ("50 to 250… 250 plus… a million plus… you're setting the authority… they want to work with peers"); readiness question that disqualifies "just looking around"; situational question; disqualify-after-submit message; calendar with date selector first since contact info is already captured. Optional AI phone number on the page.
  • KPIs he quotes: 70–80% lead→booking; 50–70% show; 25–35% close; $40–45 CPL → $50/booked call → $71.45/live call ($110K in 28 Days); 16% lead-to-close on one company, 7% on another; "$5 to $20 a call… closing at 30 40%" on the best offers; 6× ROAS at $150–200/sale; $800–1,000 CAC vs $8–10K LTV on others.
  • Post-booking: proof page / VSL only after booking; retarget with pain-specific proof (steps 3–4); nurture to show; post-pitch follow-up every 4–5 days (step 5).

(c) Echo Chamber OS ($25M Blueprint): answer-driven routing — new agent / established agent / team leader / mortgage broker each go to a different lead form, tagged in CRM + pixel, and each is retargeted only with the two or three pain-matched assets (lifestyle + secure income for new agents; "PTSD" + qualified leads for established; recruiting case studies for team leads) across SMS, email, voicemail drops and ads. "Nobody talks about this in the industry."

4.5 Prescription Selling (+ the Silent Method)

verbatim "we use third-party testing to validate why number one, they should listen to us. Because if you go to the doctor and they test you and you they run an X-ray and they say, 'Hey, based off this test, your leg is broke.' You can't really argue that your leg is broke… if we're selling SEO… plug their business into our SEO ranker tool… symptoms → third-party test → diagnosis → hard truth → prescription… position your solution… as the drug that they need to get better."

Supporting rules from 100,000 Sales Calls (100K leads / 50K booked / 30K conducted / 10K closed): (1) "please, please, please, show somebody something" — build a sales page in Lovable or Gamma, fake screenshots with AI if you have none; (2) never pitch the biggest package — $2K / $5K / $10K tiers, "test drive the car"; the $30K/mo 8-location chiro deal "never happened"; (3) doctor-like, educated questions — "They are sick and tired of hearing… 'What would another 10 customers do for you?'". From Challenger Sale: old way vs new way framing; educate so hard that non-buyers refer you ("we referred them about $100,000 worth of business"). From $10M Framework: 10–15% auto-close if the offer is right ("Step One is me [__] on the toilet…"), 60–70% go to a follow-up call, 10–15% "trash percent" — get off the phone. The silent method: a landing-page "sales page" the prospect walks through alone before/on the call so the rep only handles objections. In the Utsav call: lead with "I am the expert and this is what I've seen" rather than discovery questions; demo only if asked; half-now-half-at-go-live deposits; one offer, two or three price points, per-agent setup ($1,000 each or $3,000 for all) with one flat $297/mo.

4.6 Auto Ops OS

Signed agreement → auto-forward to checkout with a bump + one-click upsell ("increase LTV off rip") → account activation → onboarding booking → onboarding form → 4-step self-serve pre-onboarding (3-min expectations video, CRM overview, connect Facebook, competitor examples) with a GHL AI agent chasing completion daily → live human onboarding (always, even for low-ticket) → payment webhook pre-loads tasks into Monday/Notion → non-client-facing VAs/AI do tasks → account manager = project manager = QA approves → client. Track: booked / pre-check / no-show / limbo / launched. Freshdesk help desk with first-response (2h30) and resolution (17h) KPIs; call-volume-by-weekday; failed-payment recovery ("nobody gets free service"); escalation management ("out of a 100 escalations… 60 moving forward"); internal SOP portal in Skool or GHL by role (support / ops / escalations / marketer / sales / sales manager); the 60-day dispute window training. Three hires in order: CSM (hire a future manager), fulfilment (never outsource — that outsourcing crash is the origin story), then an EA at $400–600/month overseas.

4.7 The 4-Step / "8-Figure Framework" (How to Scale to $1M Months)

Ch.1 audience + offer via conversations (ChatGPT for shortlist; real-estate "placed setter" as the winning offer). Ch.2 scale sales with a visual repeatable pitch, then Canva ads → lead form → calendar → hire a closer. Ch.3 back end: CSM / fulfilment / EA. Ch.4 client acquisition: organic (for the 6-month-follower buyer), paid ("50 60 70% of your client acquisition"; never one platform = 100%; non-linear scaling — "you can't just spend… go from $1,000 a day to $10,000 a day"), cold ("for five [__] offs you're going to get one appointment"). Plateaus (Laziest Way): 0→$10K hardest (6–8 months); $10K→$40–50K easy; $30K→$100K = team + systems; $100K→$1M = "hire another closer".

4.8 The 6 AI Systems (the 2026 thesis)

verbatim "with AI agents, you have open claw, you have Manis. It's now that much easier to go out there and start a business and look like you're successful… creating 10 times more competition for you… the sale is now starting before the sales call ever happens."
  1. Offer on a problem/solution (Purple Ocean) → 2. Expert positioning & branding (personal brand now mandatory because "it's so easy to just throw up a business") → 3. AI-customised sales calls: pre-call questions feed an AI that rewrites the 24h/1h reminders to the prospect's situation; on-call, generate a tailored Lovable/Gamma deck from discovery notes; content retargeting and nurture from booking to call (AI-scripted short/long-form via Manus/"Utari"); a momentum offer ("quick win with a low barrier of entry… core offer is $2,000 a month. My quick win momentum offer might be a one-off $500… You should be closing 70% of the calls") → 4. Proof flywheel / trust asset farming → 5. Community as the catch-all for every "no" (recurring webinars, trainings, challenges) → 6. AI-enabled fulfilment ("the more that you can supplement with AI… faster, better, and more consistent… much cheaper") → core recurring offer → ascension offer (consulting / mastermind / equity partnerships — cites Sam Ovens and Hormozi).

Implementation playbook: "MVP launch" (socials, GHL, CRM automations, MVP funnel) → Auto Ops OS → fulfilment SOPs → marketing = $25M call funnel if you have ad spend, else Outbound Elite with a VA.

4.10 Selling AI to sophisticated vs unsophisticated buyers (3 Mandatory Steps, Sophisticated vs Unsophisticated)

  • Unsophisticated (local service, "still stuck using chat GBT"): sell the product/features in their language, never the tech ("They don't need to know that you're using N8N or Lovable"); example: CPA document-intake agent "securely ran on your own server"; restaurant reservation/receptionist agent. Price as high-ticket setup + small monthly support ("positioned high ticket SAS"), because to them $2K/mo "is half an employee".
  • Sophisticated (agency owners, "already in the market… you get price-shopped… Upwork and Fiverr"): sell the process and yourselves — "certified in n8n and Lovable", audit → map → build → MVP; bill hourly or retainer ("$50 an hour… $2,000 a month retainer… 40 hours"); "impress the hell out of them… CTR, CVR" — "if they think I'm stupider than them, they're never going to buy from me."
  • Three awareness buckets: solution-aware → advertise result + guarantee; problem-aware → advertise the problem; unaware → educational ads or a $17–$27 low-ticket that creates the next problem ("101 ways to generate leads" → now they need qualification).
  • Fitness examples: "Metabolic Shred Protocol… metabolism flux, carb cycling, cardio manipulation" for bodybuilders vs "Menopause Reset Method… without extreme diets" for post-menopausal women.

4.11 Niches (Top 5 Gold Mine SMMA Niches of 2025)

Why niche: desired-outcome mapping, faster product feedback, expert positioning, higher price ("as cheap as $100/month to do my Facebook ads… race to the bottom"), buying-pocket capture. Three-level pyramid: overarching (real estate / home services / health & wellness / financial / hospitality — never) → niche = gold (chiropractors, agents, gyms, mortgage brokers, investors, financial advisors, CPAs, contractors, roofers, cleaners) → sub-niche (luxury agents, relocation agents, P&C-only — too small, "your name's going to spread like wildfire"). Size rule: ≥30,000 prospects nationally, up to 500K–1M; ≤25K → go worldwide. Avoid (for marketing services): e-commerce, solar ("all on a pay-per-performance model"), restaurants (no budget, untrackable ROI, must discount). Untapped 2025: (1) insurance ("like real estate four years ago"), (2) mortgage brokers (many loan products, refinances, referral networks), (3) home services — the new ones (pest control, home automation "$10,000" installs), (4) gyms ("people are getting scared that there's not a lot of marketers picking that niche because… Gym Launch"), (5) online weight-loss programs (GLP-1 consult bookings — "my parents know about it now").

4.12 The 5 books (5 Books That Changed My Life)

  1. The 22 Immutable Laws of Marketing — origin of Purple Ocean; "you can't be too alien" — applied to dating and sales too.
  2. The Challenger Sale — educate on the call; old-way-vs-new-way; the $30K/mo agency that educated them and got $100K of referrals.
  3. The 4-Hour Work Week — VA delegation; launch before you build ("we do a soft launch where we're able to throw a part-time individual… we don't build out any backend").
  4. The 10X Rule — "My goal was I wanted to have six marketing agencies. That was my goal. I have a piece of paper… I achieved that goal." Find "the absolute richest [__] I can online" as mentor.
  5. The Power of Now — staying centred through "a year where we were negative every single month"; "everything in your business is a number… disassociate from some of the emotion."

4.13 The "seven commandments" (Any young man can make $1M)

School doesn't teach it; hustle culture is a scam ("the times that I actually had a lot of success in my business I actually treated it like a 9-to-5 job"); only three revenue-producing activities (perfect offer, book appointments, pitch & invoice) — "6 months building out a business plan is not"; 4 hours of deep work first; hard cardio every morning ("running three miles… made cold calling 15 businesses super easy"); diet, reverse-osmosis water ("making the frogs gay"), caffeine, melatonin, "a peptide called Semax" as tools; work for free first — "I did about 10 to 15 clients for free… then I'd get a review"; free two-page audits; start at $500/mo for real-estate agents (fulfilment = 1h onboarding + 30–40 min/mo) and raise; "what is my competition charging"; play the long game.

6. Negative space — what I checked and rejected, and what does not add up

  1. "9 businesses" / "$25M" / "$1M months" cannot all be current. The six-agency sale (Sept 2025) means today he operates a $128K/mo info business, a $25–40K/mo pay-per-lead agency and a $40–50K/mo JV. Total run-rate ≈ $200–220K/month, not $1M. The ad-page headline sells the former peak.
  2. proof.setterlun.com — 214 "verified" 5.0★ reviews — contains entries that read as synthetic: "Marcus Chen — B2B Sales Agency — $40K→$280K MRR in 9 months, 47 new enterprise clients", "Nadia Kowalski — SaaS — $3.2M seed funding, closed seed round 4 months early", "Sarah Whitfield — filled all 12 spots at $25K each in 11 days", "Jordan Hayes — Construction — won our first $2M prime contract". None of these names, results or industries appear anywhere in 171K words of his own speech (which names Miguel, Julian, Andrew, Mary, Victor, Ron, Amina, Kyle, Logan, Emilio, Utsav, Jonathan, Melina, Joseph, Mike). The EmbedSocial reviews (Shay P, Adi Mitchell-Mees "+$1000/mo", Fredrik Kaada "€250 from first client", etc.) are modest and believable. Treat the proof page as marketing copy, not evidence. [TENSION — unverified either way.]
  3. "Victor doubled to $50K MRR 2 weeks after joining" appears both as a video testimonial in $25M Blueprint ("about two weeks ago… we've doubled our revenue… we hit 50K") and on the ad page — so it is real UGC, but two weeks is not a coaching result.
  4. purpleoceanoffer.com has lorem-ipsum framework steps. The "trademarked, copyrighted" method's own site is unfinished.
  5. "The Mirror Method" / "ZenithMind Blueprint" on the ad page — no trace elsewhere. Template residue.
  6. Rolling price-increase deadline (Aug 10 → Sept 13) — scarcity device.
  7. "$4.97 a month" 1:1 coaching (Why I Paid $10K) — caption error for $497; his page stacks $46K of "value" on it.
  8. The book's ISBN prefix 9798303… is KDP self-publishing; "Ritz Herald" book-launch coverage is paid syndication.
  9. He tells members to lie about referrals ("you were actually referred to us by somebody… a little bit more sneaky") and to fake screenshots with AI when they have no results ("have it make you images that look like screenshots of the services"). Recorded here because Sam's hard rules ([[hardrule_no_fabricated_promises]], [[hardrule_never_reveal_bundle_count_or_category]]) run the other way — anything borrowed from him needs that filter.
  10. The "unlimited qualified B2B leads" claim vs "free B2B leads across industries" (Skool) — lists, not leads.
  11. What I could NOT reach: LinkedIn (999), the July-2025 Blogspot post "The Offer I Built with Jake Setterlun: Code Made More Than My Last 5 Combined" (404), the YouTube review "Setterlun University Review — is The Digital Architect System for $17/Month Legit?" (XD34oPFIGfo, not transcribed), the Skool classroom itself (paywalled), the /coaching-call review page, the actual sale price of the six agencies, Tyler's and Melissa's surnames (his team), the identity of the $10K mentor, the "Herro 100" definition, and the $1M in 6 Months With No Personal Brand video (no captions).
  12. Rejected as not relevant to Sam's question: the 5 Books personal-development material beyond its business lessons; the morning-routine / Semax / RO-water content; the masterclass's 40 minutes of audience mindset Q&A (Devon, Pensella) — read, summarised in one line each, not reproduced.

8. Applied — running his framework against Sam's live offers

[MY ADAPTATION — all of it. His frameworks, my numbers; argue freely.]

8.1 The Setterlun loop, translated into Sam's assets

Setterlun componentSam's equivalent todayGap
Trust-asset farmUpwork $50K+/102 jobs; Inc-style press = none; book = none; podcasts = none; Jenny/Diana OS/Chatter Book as products are stronger proof than plaquesPublish the Chatter Book as a KDP paperback (ISBN = trust asset); PodMatch in the AI-OFM / Pakistan-AI space; press-release syndication via Fiverr for Burraq
Static offer-on-image adsBurraq launch posts (5), Bella hisaab pageNever run to a $17 point; PK CPMs allow a PKR 1,500–2,500/mo Skool-equivalent test at PKR 30–50K/month spend

Weekly 1:1 calls → YouTubeBella's WhatsApp/audio mentorship sessions; Burraq seminar recordingsZero of these are published. This is the cheapest content engine available to Sam
3% ascension to $997–$5KBella training 1:1 (paid Fanvue chatter coaching)Already exists; needs a Skool-style front-end feeding it
JV equityBella (student → business partner model) is literally his "Ascension offer"Already done once (n=1)

8.2 Scorecard — his six Offer Code steps against Burraq (parent-facing launch, PKR pricing)

Transformationalstep 1→2→3→4curriculum plan exists (learnai page) but the parent-facing bridge (current state → desired state → steps) is not written in his A→B form⚠️
10–15% cost to fulfilat scaleSam teaches personally = high cost; needs recorded modules + one TA⚠️
Logical value perceptionprice where the work is⛔ "no discount, no seat #, no income figure" rules already lock the copy; his "$4,000 up front + $100/mo support" shape maps to a one-time enrolment + small monthly Jenny/community fee⚠️
Real problem + guarantee in their unitguarantee the customer's unit, not moneyBurraq cannot promise income (hard rule) — the unit would be "your child ships a working AI project in 8 weeks", which is guaranteeable✅ possible

8.3 What NOT to copy (his methods that collide with Sam's locked rules)

  • Fabricated referral lines and AI-faked screenshots (§6.9) — collide with [[hardrule_no_fabricated_promises]].
  • Rolling fake deadlines — Sam's Burraq rule is "no discount"; a lifetime-lock countdown is a discount in costume.
  • TCPA-style SMS blasting — legally different in PK/UK; his own lawsuit came from this.
  • Value-stacking "$46,988 of value" on a $497/mo product — Sam's doctrine ([[pricing_v2_doctrine]]) prices to the floor, not to a fictional anchor.

8.4 Money translation for the one thing worth copying immediately

His $17 × 4,400 = $74,800/mo ≈ PKR 2.09 crore/month of subscription revenue on ~$40K ads. A PK-priced clone at PKR 2,000/mo would need 10,470 members for the same rupee MRR — implausible from a PK-only audience. The correct copy is therefore his machine at his price on his (tier-one) audience — which is what Sam's AI-OFM / chatter expertise already addresses in USD — not a rupee-priced clone. samaischool remains a mission, not this funnel.

9. Skipped-content ledger

Read and NOT reproduced (with reason):

  • The masterclass's 12-minute hype intro ("came from the bottom to the top…", Logan Perry's warm-up) — no information.
  • Masterclass Q&A from Devon (rock-bottom), Pensella (cancer, medical-field niche), Patrick (music), Brian (music teaching), Melvin — mindset exchanges; one line each in §4.12/§6.12.
  • Any young man: the full morning-routine / caffeine / melatonin / Semax / RO-water / "frogs" passage — read; two lines kept in §4.13 because Sam asked for "everything about him", not because it is business method.
  • 5 Books: dating analogies for positioning; Elon/Naval biography chat with Emilio.
  • Scaling from $0 to $10k/m: Emilio's cupcake / fidget-spinner / Yeezys origin story; growth-operating with "Sublyssim Dubai" and Eddie Cumberbatch — kept only the tool stack and the entry-point lesson.
  • From $100 in Ad Spend: Utsav's full Jane App / "Clinic First AI" pricing back-and-forth (HIPAA GHL $297, $150/account integration → $75 after 20 accounts, $297 vs $597 tiers) — kept the pricing principles in §4.5, not the arithmetic.
  • 7 Deals in a Week: Jonathan (plastic-surgeon lead-gen, $500 → "double it, 997") — kept the "do the same thing… hire a media buyer with Loom SOPs" lesson only.
  • She Asked for Equity: Swedish co-founder buy-out of a non-compete → $20–30K/mo — kept one line.
  • How He Sold His Business: Australian member's 5× multiple landscaping-lead-gen exit; Clay/GHL duplicate-contact tip — kept.
  • Build A Business That Does Not Need More Of You: real-estate-acquisitions sales-training offer at $3,500/company + $500/head, 4 weeks × 3 days × 90 min — kept.
  • High-Margin Consulting: the member's "agency → info, 90% margins" ad angles and the $8K/$4K conditional guarantee debate — kept the guarantee advice ("light satisfaction guarantee… agency owners are going to buy because they believe… not a guarantee").
  • Working 10 Hours a Week, Your Business Is Trapping You, 3 Reasons Businesses Stop Growing, Code Won't Save Your Business — short clips; their three-item lists (client comms / fulfilment / lead follow-up; roadmap / leaky funnel / key-person; lead triage / no-response chase / onboarding tracking) are folded into §4.6 and §4.8.
  • Strategy $30K→$100K: the database-→-community-→-workshop-→-intro-call-→-transition-call-→-monthly-auto-registered-Zoom-webinar flywheel and the "product suite" (DFY / DWY / DIY / SaaS) — summarised in §4.8 point 5; the diagram narration not reproduced.
  • All 43 × "join Setterlun University, $17" outros — counted, not quoted.

NOT read at all: nITVxMwmDaM ($1M in 6 Months With No Personal Brand) — no captions available. The Skool classroom (paywalled). The book itself. The YouTube review video. Podcast audio (only show notes). LinkedIn profile (blocked).

10. Method notes for whoever resumes

  • Highest-yield technique: the three "full course" videos ($25M Blueprint, Offer Code masterclass, 6 AI Systems) contain ~90% of the method; the 1:1 clips contain the pricing reality; $92K MRR + Building to a Million Ep. 1 contain the only real P&L. Read those five first next time.
  • The channel index has no dates ("date": ""). Ordering was reconstructed from internal references: member count (1,600 → 4,700), price ($47+free → $17 → $17/$47), the September-2025 sale, "April 1-year anniversary" (= launched April 2025), "currently May 10th" in $25M Blueprint (= May 2025). Re-run the scraper with --dates if that flag exists.
  • Blocked: LinkedIn (999), Blogspot (404), classroom (paywall). A $17 one-month membership would unlock the classroom for a follow-up dossier on the actual course files (67 courses / 1,537 modules) — Sam's call; [[hardrule_no_automatic_course_processing]] applies.
  • Next dossiers in recommended order: (1) The Offer Code book itself (Kindle, ~$10) vs the masterclass — is there anything in the book not in the free video? (2) The Skool classroom's Auto Ops OS + $25M Call Funnel templates (needs the $17). (3) Jeremy Haynes' "buckets / pixel conditioning" source material — Jake credits him twice and it is the least-explained, most-load-bearing ads idea in the corpus. (4) A comparison dossier: Setterlun's low-ticket-MRR-liquidation model vs Nick Saraev's client-finding model (saraev.172-105-56-252.sslip.io) vs Hormozi's four-package system (hormozi-audit-four-package-system.md) — three different answers to "what funds the ads".
  • Sam's library cross-links to open next: /hormozi (he name-checks $100M Offers and Gym Launch constantly), /nick-saraev, /jp-middleton (agency operator playbooks), /daniel-fazio (cold email), /ofmkyle for the "content engine from fulfilment" idea.
